Scott A. Schuster (Imperial Treasurer)
Scott A. Schuster, of Unionville, Indiana, is serving his first year as a member of the Boards of Directors for Shriners International and Shriners Children’s™. He was was elected Imperial Treasurer, part of the 12-member body that helps govern the Shriners fraternity, during the Shriners 2025 Imperial Session held June 29-July 3 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Professional and Personal
Schuster is a recently retired certified public accountant who dedicated 40 years to Katz, Sapper and Miller, an Indianapolis-based firm recognized among the top 50 in the country by revenue. For 25 of those years, he served as Partner-in-Charge of the Not-for-Profit and Governmental practice, overseeing a significant client portfolio and leading audits, as well as advising organizations on accounting, reporting, internal controls and operational issues. Although retired, Schuster maintains his CPA license and continues to pursue continuing education focused on the nonprofit sector.
