The Shriners International Education Foundation (SIEF) Noble Academy presents the 2026 Membership Conference, to be held at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C.
The 2025 conference was filled with moments of collaboration, inspiration, lively discussions, idea sharing and planning for the future. If you were fortunate to attend and contribute, we would love for you to return for our 2026 event. If not, we ask that you join our community of Noble Academy learners!

Certificate Program
Learners will gain knowledge and skills needed to implement change and growth at their organizations that will lead to long-term overall improvement in the areas of membership (recruitment, retention and engagement), and marketing and communications. The courses span three learning levels: introductory, applied and strategic. Each level is recognized with a certificate: Fellow, Apprentice or Masters Class.
Fellow Certificate
Attend the Noble Academy Membership Conference presented by Shriners International Education Foundation, on November 6-8, 2026 in Washington, D.C., and receive your Membership Fellow Certificate. You must attend the entire conference to receive the certificate.
Apprentice Certificate
Shriners International Education Foundation and Noble Academy host a virtual event series with four events in each series. Learners seeking to obtain the Membership Apprentice Certificate must complete all four virtual sessions live or on-demand. Dates will be announced soon.

Masters Class Certificate
To earn the prestigious Noble Academy Master Class Certificate, you must attend the in-person conference in Washington, D.C., on November 6-8, 2026, and complete all four virtual sessions (dates will be announced soon). This comprehensive program recognizes your dedication and commitment to achieving excellence in your field.
