Following this session, learners will be able to:
- Evaluate their Shrine Center’s current strengths and weaknesses through the lens of Energy, Mentorship, Visibility and Purpose, identifying immediate areas for improvement.
- Develop a simple, actionable plan to boost their Center’s presence in the community through events, partnerships, social media and storytelling.
- Implement a mentorship initiative to intentionally connect new Nobles with seasoned members, building relationships that support retention and leadership development.
- Review and refresh meeting formats, activities and events to ensure they are engaging, mission-driven and inspiring for all members.
- Organize a small leadership workshop or town hall to discuss the Temple’s core mission, reigniting a collective sense of pride, purpose and direction.
