Is leadership innate or learned? Is leadership cultivated through mentorship or imposed through authority?
In our fraternal order, leadership is not about command. It is about connections. It starts with trust, strengthened by example, and grows through consistent, value-driven behavior. For Shriners, the responsibility of guiding, supporting, and elevating our chapters begins with the potentate and extends through every officer, creating a legacy of influence that echoes far beyond titles.
Now is the time to expand your leadership capacity and deepen your impact.
Shriner U: Leading for Impact is more than a leadership development program. It is a transformational experience designed to help you lead with clarity, authenticity and purpose. You will gain strategies to inspire teams, drive meaningful change and strengthen your chapter from the inside out.
Lead with purpose. Lead with impact. Lead like a Shriner.
