Twin Cities Hospital Announces New Chief of Staff

Dr. Mielke named chief of staff at Shriners Hospital Twin Cities(MINNEAPOLIS) Cary H. Mielke, M.D., was recently appointed chief of staff at Shriners Hospitals for Children® — Twin Cities where he has served as assistant chief of staff since 2006.

Dr. Mielke is a graduate of Macalester College and received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota.  He completed his residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., and a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at the University of Utah and Shriners Hospital for Children — Salt Lake City. 
Dr. Mielke is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America. His areas of special interest include lower extremity reconstruction and the care of children with cerebral palsy.
