The award program was developed by the leadership of Shriners International to honor outstanding nobles who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to both the fraternity and its philanthropy, Shriners Hospitals for Children.

An Admirable Devotion to the Masonic Family and the Children of Shriners Hospitals

Noble Kinser of Muskogee has been a Mason for 12 years, and an active member of Bedouin Shriners for seven years. A strong proponent of Masonry, he holds perpetual membership in the Order of Eastern Star, Scottish Rite, and his Masonic Lodge.

Any chance he gets, Noble Kinser does everything he can to support Shriners International and Shriners Hospitals for Children. He has a son who was a patient of Shriners Hospitals 28 years ago, and all of his efforts on behalf of the fraternity and philanthropy are his way of giving back to the organization that so positively affected his family’s life.

Noble Kinser has served as a patient transportation driver for Shriners Hospitals for Children for seven years, ever since he first joined the fraternity. Responsible for all of the maintenance, Noble Kinser ensures Bedouin Shriners’ five vans are always in working order, clean and ready to go at any given time. He makes several trips a month to the Shriners Hospitals in Shreveport, Houston, Galveston and St. Louis to transport patients, exhibiting his unwavering dedication to the philanthropy. Jim Richey, the Bedouin Shriners’ Hospital Chairperson, knows he can always count on “Team Kinser” on a minute’s notice to take an unexpected run.

A Vietnam veteran, Noble Kinser is currently serving as the Commander of Bedouin Shriners’ Legion of Honor unit. He also enjoys working the Shrine Circus and the Annual Poker Run, and has served as the coach for the Bedouin Shrine Basketball Classic for the past five years. Additionally, he is active in his temple’s membership recruitment efforts, and has brought five new members to Shriners International thus far.

Someone You Can Always Count On

In addition to his commitment to his fraternity affairs, Noble Kinser also supports his Lady Ann in her Order of Eastern Stars and Ladies’ Oriental Shrine of North America activities.

According to those who know Noble Kinser, he is wholeheartedly dedicated to the missions of both Shriners International and Shriners Hospitals for Children, and would do anything for the children. He is a noble of the highest standing, and his temple is grateful for his steadfast service.

Congratulations to Noble Kinser for his achievements and for being chosen as Shriner of the Month.
